Willow Creek HOA is located in Clinton, Maryland, in Prince George’s County. Our community has 316 townhomes and single-family homes built in the mid-and late 1990s. In 2007, we added a new development to our association, Willow Creek Estates. These two neighborhoods are part of the Willow Creek community, which is located near many wonderful amenities, including a nearby park for residents to enjoy.

Pond Issues Being Addressed

Dear Neighbors,
We hope all is well. Recently, we have been made aware of some outstanding issues at the ponds near Shackleford Way and Fox Hall Rd. The board is actively working toward a solution to fix these problems.

Community Reminders

Dear Homeowners,
We hope all is well. We have noticed an increase in off-leash dogs and pet waste throughout the community. Please remember that pets must always be leashed and to clean up after your pet. Not doing so is a violation of county law and you may be subject to fines from the county.
As an additional reminder, spring inspections have begun. Commercial vehicles and grilling in the front of properties are not permitted in the community. The inspector will be driving through the community and will cite any violations that are seen.
